Please be sure to include the product(s) that you wish to order, the quantity, method of shipment, and method of payment you wish to use. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will accept Purchase Orders if you have prior credit approval.

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for online, phone or mail orders. Please be sure to include account number, exact name on card and expiration date if you mail or fax an order and wish to pay by credit card
Checks: We will accept company check, personal checks, certified funds and money orders. Orders that are accompanied by checks will be shipped when the check clears.

Purchase orders: Will be accepted from companies and institutions that have established an account with us. If you wish to establish an account please call us at 1-866-888-0082 or contact us with a request for a Credit Application at email@example.com
MedeTrac Systems can ship to any residential or commercial address in the United States. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box or a military APO address. Military and government orders require a US Mail address. Please call if you have any questions. Shipments to other countries are limited. All our products are warranted to be free from defect. Defective products will be replaced with another product of the same stock number. You may exchange a defective product within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will replace defective products if you notify us within 10 days of receipt of the product.
Please call our office during normal business hours and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returned products cannot be accepted nor can proper credits be issued without an RA#. We will immediately ship replacement product with a return UPS label. Please be certain to include the RA# on all labels or any correspondence.
For non-defective products: MedeTrac.com has a limited refund policy within 15 days from the receipt of the product. These refunds depend on the product that you order.
Unopened Books and Software: We will refund the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. You must call our office at 1-866-888-0082 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, to receive an RA# number BEFORE returning your product. Products cannot be accepted without a RA#. You will be responsible for shipping and insuring the product back to MedeTrac.com
Opened Books: Opened books can be returned within 10 days for a credit on your account, minus a 25% restocking fee. You must call our office at 1-866-888-0082 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, to receive an RA# number BEFORE returning your product. Products cannot be accepted without a RA#. You will be responsible for shipping and insuring the product back to MedeTrac.com.
Opened Software: No refunds are allowed on opened software. Call our offices if you wish to inquire about upgrades.
Training Materials, Special Offers, Forms, Envelopes or customized products: There are no refunds on any of these products, unopened or otherwise, unless defective.
